- Handle legal matters related to redevelopment and land acquisition projects.
- Conduct title due diligence and verification of property-related documents.
- Draft, review, and vet Development Agreements, MOUs, Term Sheets, LOIs, Conveyance Deeds, POAs, and other legal documents.
- Support the BD team during society meetings, negotiations, and project finalization.
- Coordinate with societies, landlords, consultants, advocates, and government authorities.
- Provide legal risk assessment for redevelopment opportunities and current projects.
- Ensure compliance with RERA, MOFA, Development Control Regulations, and other applicable laws.
- Handle documentation related to society redevelopment projects.
- Liaise with external solicitors and legal consultants for documentation and approvals.




- Assist management in reviewing commercial and legal terms related to redevelopment projects.
- Maintain trackers for legal documentation, approvals, and registrations.
- Support registration and execution of agreements and legal documents.
- Coordinate internally with CRM, Projects, Liaisoning, Finance, and Sales teams.
