We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Professional to provide remote technical support to our overseas clients. The ideal candidate should have robust troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, and hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, networking, security, and cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and resolve technical queries from overseas clients through remote support.

- Provide remote IT support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.

- Troubleshoot and manage RDP, VPN, firewalls, networking, and connectivity issues.

- Provide support for Microsoft 365 applications and services.

- Work with Google Cloud environments and troubleshoot related issues.

- Diagnose and resolve network and security-related problems.

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain IT infrastructure as required.

- Communicate effectively with international clients and provide timely updates and solutions.





- Escalate complex technical issues when required and ensure timely resolution.
