Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Manager – Influencer Marketing, Activation to lead the end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, managing creators, partners, timelines and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end activation and execution of influencer marketing campaigns across social platforms.
- Manage relationships and coordination with creators, talent managers and influencer agencies.
- Oversee creator onboarding, commercials, deliverables, timelines, approvals and publishing.
- Drive negotiations and ensure timely completion of contracts, POs, invoices and payments.
- Track campaign progress, deliverables and creator status through trackers and MIS.
- Coordinate closely with strategy, creative, media, production and client servicing teams for seamless execution.
- Proactively identify and resolve campaign delays, operational challenges and escalations.
- Lead campaign closure, reconciliation and documentation.




- Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Mentor and manage junior team members and drive process adherence and operational efficiency.

Requirements

- 6–8 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Influencer Activation, Creator Partnerships or Digital Marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience in influencer campaign activation and execution.
- Strong understanding of the creator ecosystem and social platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder management, coordination, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Experience managing creators, agencies and multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage tight timelines.
- Valuable knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, trackers and MIS.
- Experience managing or mentoring junior team members.
- Agency experience preferred.
