Role & responsibilities :
Lead end-to-end HR function, including Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Learning & Development, and Compliance.
- Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to business and plant leadership teams.
- Lead and mentor the HR team to drive high performance and employee engagement.
- Manage workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and retention initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
