Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Civil Site Incharge to oversee and manage civil construction activities at project sites, ensuring execution as per approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites.
- Ensure execution of civil works as per approved drawings, technical specifications and project schedules.
- Monitor construction activities, including excavation, PCC, RCC, structural works, masonry and finishing.
- Coordinate with planning, QA/QC, safety and other project teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Ensure effective utilization of manpower, materials, machinery and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety procedures and construction practices.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients and subcontractors for site-related matters.




- Identify site issues and resolve execution-related challenges in coordination with the project team.
- Maintain daily progress reports, site records and other project documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 13 to 17 years of experience in civil construction and site execution.
- Experience in Oil & Gas Refinery Construction, Thermal Power Plant Construction or Industrial Building Construction is preferred.
- Robust knowledge of civil construction activities, drawings, construction methodologies and site management.
- Experience in handling site manpower, subcontractors and construction resources.
- Good coordination, communication and team management skills.
- Ability to manage site execution and deliver project activities within stipulated timelines.
