Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager – Engineering with solid expertise in Telecom OSP Fiber Design, FTTH/FTTx Planning, Pole Loading Analysis, Permitting, and GIS-based Network Planning. The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical expertise combined with proven leadership skills to manage large teams, deliver high-quality projects within timelines, and ensure compliance with client and regulatory standards.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Lead and manage engineering teams across multiple Fiber/OSP projects.
- Conduct daily client and stakeholder meetings to review progress and resolve technical issues.
- Recruit, train, and mentor OSP engineers and planners.
- Prepare and present project dashboards, progress reports, and performance metrics.
- Lead end-to-end FTTH / FTTx (FTTP, FTTN) design including F1, F2, and F3 network architecture.
- Implement QA/QC checkpoints, defect tracking,



and root-cause analysis to drive first-pass quality.
- Standardize SOPs, templates, and checklists across teams.
- Contribute to cost optimization and resource planning initiatives.
- Perform and review pole loading analysis
- Other tasks as and when assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

- B.E./B.Tech in E&C;, E&TC;, EEE, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering with 7-10 years of experience in the relevant field
- Experience of working with major telecom service providers (AT&T;, Google Fiber, Lumen, Comcast etc.).
- Exposure to customer design standards, tools, permitting processes, and quality compliance frameworks, is required.
- Experience with tools such as ArcGIS, Aramis, IQGEO/QGIS, AutoCAD, or similar platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
