Senior Manager - Architecture JD for reference Location- Bellandur bangalore Shift- 1.30pm- 10.30pm Experience- 8- 12yrs Key Responsibilities CICD Pipeline Management o Design develop and maintain CICD pipelines using Azure DevOps ADO YAMLbased pipelines Release pipelines and multistage deployments o Implement branch policies pull request validations and automated gating mechanisms o Integrate automated testing security scanning SASTDAST and artifact management into pipelines Azure Infrastructure Cloud Operations o Provision and manage Azure resources VNets NSGs App Gateways Load Balancers Azure Front Door Key Vault Azure Monitor Log Analytics o Implement Infrastructure as Code IaC using Terraform ARM Templates Bicep o Manage Azure APIM WAF policies and API gateway configurations o Configure and manage Azure AD RBAC Managed Identities and service principals for secure access Ansible Automation o Develop and maintain Ansible Playbooks Roles and Inventories for configuration management and application deployment o Automate server provisioning patching compliance enforcement and drift detection using Ansible o Integrate Ansible with Azure DevOps pipelines and Ansible Tower AWX for centralized automation orchestration o Manage dynamic inventories for Azurehosted infrastructure Azure Kubernetes Service AKS o Deploy manage and troubleshoot AKS clusters including node pools autoscaling and cluster upgrades o Implement Helm charts Kubernetes manifests and Kustomize for application deployments o Configure Ingress Controllers NGINX Azure App Gateway Ingress service meshes and network policies o Manage container image lifecycle using Azure Container Registry ACR with vulnerability scanning o Implement pod security policies resource quotas namespace isolation and RBAC within AKS o Set up monitoring and ing using Prometheus Grafana Azure Monitor for Containers Monitoring Logging Incident Management o Implement endtoend observability using Azure Monitor Application Insights Log Analytics and Grafana dashboards o Set up proactive ing autoremediation scripts and runbooks o Participate in RCA Root Cause Analysis for production incidents and implement preventive guardrails Governance Change Management o Enforce change management processes validate ServiceNow CRs before production deployments o Maintain documentation for runbooks SOPs and architecture decision records o Ensure compliance with organizational security and governance policies Preferred Positive to Have Azure certifications AZ400 DevOps Engineer Expert AZ104 AZ305 Experience with GitOps tools like ArgoCD or Flux Familiarity with Azure Policy Defender for Cloud and Sentinel Exposure to Istio Linkerd service mesh on AKS Knowledge of WAF policy management and API gateway security Experience in multicluster AKS and hybrid cloud environments Qualifications Experience 8 - 12years in DevOps Cloud Infrastructure roles Education BE BTech MCA or equivalent in Computer Science or related field Certifications Azure Kubernetes certifications preferred CKACKAD is a plus
