We are expanding our Sales and Business Development team across Kerala and are looking for experienced professionals to join us in key leadership and team management roles.
Experience: 5–10 years
Lead a 12-member B2B team and build Cindrebay’s institutional network across Kerala.
Key responsibilities
. Generate approximately 20,000 leads over the next 6 months
. Build partnerships with schools, colleges and institutions
. Drive workshops, seminars, career sessions and offline activations
. Manage team targets, productivity and lead quality
. Build a scalable institutional network across Kerala
. Existing relationships with schools and colleges across Kerala will be an advantage
Compensation: ₹60,000–₹70,000 per month, based on experience and fit
