Experience required: 14+ years of overall experience, with robust experience in Strategic Alliances, Partner Management, and Alliance Governance.

Role Overview The Alliance Partner – Leader is responsible for defining and driving the organization's strategic alliance roadmap, partner governance, and ecosystem growth. The role focuses on building high-value partnerships, driving commercial outcomes, strengthening partner capabilities, and enabling business growth through joint value propositions and alliance-led opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute alliance strategy, governance frameworks, and partner ecosystem initiatives.

Build, manage, and strengthen strategic partner relationships to drive pipeline, revenue growth, certifications, and overall partner performance.

Identify, validate, and prioritize alliance opportunities through market research and competitive intelligence.

Develop business cases, financial and commercial models, and joint value propositions with solution and platform teams.

Evaluate partner technologies, solutions,



and capabilities to support business growth and client opportunities.

Review and provide strategic inputs for RFP responses, proposals, and alliance-led client engagements.

Lead contract, Statement of Work (SOW), Service Level Agreement (SLA), and commercial negotiations with alliance partners.

Drive internal and external positioning of alliance offerings through joint go-to-market initiatives and partner engagement.

Track and report alliance program success, including pipeline, revenue, productivity, certifications, and partner performance metrics.

Build competency development frameworks, knowledge management initiatives, Points of View (POVs), concept papers, and thought leadership assets.

Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing alliance teams.
