About The Role &

- Team The Legal Resources Hub collaborates with legal teams across SITA to deliver legal services, standardize selected areas of work, and accelerate key projects.

The role will support a broad range of legal matters including customer contract drafting and negotiation, third-party due diligence, corporate legal support, management of SITA’s telecommunications regulatory portfolio, intellectual property, legal research, and other legal matters.

SITA Lawyers As Deal Doers And Relationship Builders

- Getting our products to market across the world – global products, delivered everywhere
- Engaging with partners and customers on terms that are fair and reasonable
- Pulling together the work of many into contracts, documents and governance that tell the deal as it is: understandable, practical, useful and clear

What You’ll Do

- Engage and Encourage: Work with the existing LRH team to bring out their best work and support their professional development and experience building.
- Lead and Supervise:



Serve as the primary point of contact for the team, providing guidance and support while ensuring high-quality deliverables, effective quality assurance, and meaningful value addition to the business.
- Lead the Market Facing Work : Ensure that contract review and negotiation, due diligence and other engagement with internal and external clients and partners is fast, effective and commercially compelling
- Drive our digital and AI programs: as SITA moves to manage customer contracts in an iCertis portal and seeks to leverage the benefit of AI, this role needs to be fully engaged and embedded in our AI transformation of legal work

- More than 10 years of diverse, hands-on legal experience, including commercial contract drafting and negotiation.
- Solid understanding of legal governance and broader corporate legal matters.
- Genuine interest in technology and emerging legal tech, particularly the use of AI to enhance Legal operations and decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex issues into clear, concise,



and compelling messages.
- A pragmatic, business-oriented approach with a focus on delivering practical legal solutions
- Experience being a lead lawyer in one or more domains (a domain being a BU, a Geography/Region, a specific area of Law or legal practice)
