Contract :12 Months

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Kernel / ROCm Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Linux Kernel, Device Drivers, GPU Compute, and ROCm to work on AMD GPU platforms.

Must-Have Skills

- 6+ years of relevant Linux/System Software experience
- Solid Linux Kernel & Device Driver Development
- Strong programming skills in C/C++
- Hands-on experience with AMD GPU / GPU Compute
- Knowledge of ROCm, KFD, amdgpu/DRM, HIP/HSA
- Strong understanding of Kernel Memory Management, Scheduling & Synchronization
- Experience in Kernel/Driver Debugging & Performance Optimization




- Hands-on with debugging/profiling tools such as kgdb, ftrace, perf, dmesg, crash dumps

• Strong Root Cause Analysis & Problem-Solving skills

Good to Have

- Upstream Linux Kernel / Open-Source contribution
- GPU Virtualization
- PCIe, IOMMU, NUMA & Power Management
- GPU/Platform Bring-up

• ROCm Runtime or GPU Driver Development

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and debug Linux Kernel, GPU Driver, KFD & ROCm components
- Troubleshoot complex kernel, driver, runtime and GPU compute issues
- Perform performance profiling, bottleneck analysis and optimization
- Collaborate with Hardware, Firmware, Compiler, Runtime and Validation teams
- Drive technical issues independently from analysis root cause resolution

• Participate in architecture, design and code reviews
