Role Description The Senior Interior Designer will lead end-to-end design projects, from concept development to final execution, for corporate and commercial workspaces. This full-time role is based in Mumbai and involves collaborating with clients, consultants, and internal teams to develop design concepts, space plans, and detailed interior layouts. The role includes preparing and reviewing construction drawings, coordinating FF&E; selections, overseeing site execution, and ensuring adherence to quality, timelines, and budgets.

Designer will mentor junior designers, manage design documentation, and participate in design presentations and client meetings. The individual will also stay current with design trends, materials, and technologies to enhance project outcomes and support the firm’s design standards.

Qualifications

- Strong Interior Design and Architecture skills, with experience delivering workplace or commercial projects.
- Proficiency in Space Planning and layout development, ensuring optimal functionality and aesthetics.
- Ability to produce and review detailed Construction Drawings and design documentation.
- Expertise in FF&E; selection, specification, and coordination with vendors and contractors.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Advanced skills in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, MS Office).
- Demonstrated experience in project management, site coordination, and client-facing roles.
- Solid communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead and mentor team members.
- Experience working with international clients or multi-location projects is an advantage.
