Role Description The Senior Human Resources Executive will oversee end-to-end HR operations, ensuring that HR processes, policies, and practices support business objectives and a positive work environment. This full-time, on-site role is based in Hyderabad and involves managing employee lifecycle activities, including recruitment support, onboarding, performance management coordination, and exit processes. The role includes handling employee relations matters, addressing concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and guiding managers on HR best practices.

Executive will maintain and update HR policies, ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards, and support HR analytics and reporting to leadership.



The position also involves organizing employee engagement initiatives, driving learning and development activities, and partnering with management to support workforce planning and organizational development.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience in strategic and operational HR functions.

- Candidates should possess robust HR Operations skills, including hands-on experience with HR processes, systems, and documentation.

- Candidates should possess effective Employee Relations skills, with the ability to manage grievances, mediate conflicts, and build trust across teams.

- Candidates should possess proven expertise in HR Policies, including drafting, implementing, and updating policies in line with legal and organizational requirements.

- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a postgraduate HR qualification or certification is an advantage.

- Demonstrated knowledge of local labor laws and statutory compliance in India, preferably with experience in Hyderabad-based organizations.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with leadership and staff.

- Experience in a consulting, engineering, or project-based environment and prior experience in a senior or lead HR role is preferred.
