We are seeking a strategic and experienced Manager/Senior Manager - Human Resources to lead our HR function and partner with technology and delivery leaders. You will align human capital strategies with business growth, manage complex employee relations, and drive high performance, retention, and engagement across our engineering and delivery teams.

Location : Hitech City, Hyderabad

Mode of Work : 5 Days Work from Office

Preference : Female and Local to Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Business Partnering

- Partner with IT delivery heads and senior leadership to drive workforce planning, headcount budgeting, and organizational design.
- Act as a change agent during structural shifts, mergers, or scaling initiatives.

Talent Management & Retention

- Oversee talent retention strategies to control high attrition common in the IT services sector.
- Drive performance management cycles, 9-box succession planning, and leadership development programs.

Employee Relations & Engagement

- Manage complex employee relations issues, grievances,



and disciplinary procedures with high emotional intelligence and absolute discretion.
- Champion employee engagement, wellness initiatives, and organizational culture.

Compliance & Operations

- Ensure strict adherence to local labor laws, employment regulations, and internal corporate policies.
- Monitor HR metrics (attrition rate, eNPS, time-to-fill, utilization) and utilize data analytics to propose actionable solutions.

Team Mentoring and Coaching

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Master’s degree or MBA in Human Resources
- Experience: 12 to 17 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a Managerial role within an IT services, IT consulting, or SaaS setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with HRIS tools, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and data analytics dashboards.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional stakeholder management, conflict resolution, negotiation, and communication skills.
