Skyline Infraworld Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and agile HR Manager to join our team in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

Position: HR Manager

Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh

Employment Type: Full-time | On-site

Experience: 7+ Years

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle.
- Handle attendance, leave, payroll coordination, employee records, and HR documentation.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and workplace practices.
- Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, warnings, and performance-related processes.
- Coordinate with management and project teams for manpower planning and deployment.
- Ensure timely completion of joining, confirmation, transfer, appraisal, and exit formalities.
- Maintain statutory HR documentation and coordinate with relevant departments for PF, ESI, compliance, and other applicable requirements.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee databases.
- Support management in building a professional, accountable, and performance-driven work culture.
