The Role

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Senior HR Executive to lead talent acquisition and HR operations specifically for our flagship luxury retail store. In this pivotal role, you will be directly responsible for end-to-end recruitment to build and scale an exceptional luxury retail team—including Store Managers, Luxury Fashion Consultants, Stylists, Inventory &

- Billing Executives, Tailors/Alteration Masters, and Store Support Staff.

The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in high-end retail hiring, a thorough understanding of luxury consumer service standards, and the ability to source candidates who possess both visual polish and exceptional clienteling capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Retail Store Talent Acquisition: Drive full-cycle recruitment for all store positions (Store Managers, Luxury Sales Consultants, Fashion Stylists, Cashiers, Tailors, and Store Helpers).
- Specialized Sourcing &
- Pipeline Building: Utilize direct sourcing, headhunting, luxury retail networks, and industry portals to acquire top-tier talent with prior experience in high-end couture, bridal wear, or premium luxury brands.




- Candidate Screening &
- Assessment: Evaluate candidates for retail grooming standards, communication fluency, luxury sales acumen, clienteling skills, and alignment with Dhiya Couture's brand values.
- Onboarding &
- Store Integration: Design and execute comprehensive onboarding programs for new store hires, ensuring seamless integration into the company culture and operational protocols.
- Store HR Operations &
- Compliance: Manage store attendance, shift scheduling, leave management, payroll inputs, and compliance with local labor regulations for retail staff.
- Performance &
- Staff Retention: Implement performance appraisal systems for sales targets, conduct regular feedback sessions, and manage store staff retention and engagement initiatives.

Qualifications &

- Experience

- Experience: 3 to 5 years of core HR experience, with a heavy emphasis on talent acquisition for luxury retail, high-end fashion, or premium lifestyle stores.
- Retail Domain Knowledge: Strong network within the luxury fashion retail sector and a explicit understanding of retail store hierarchy, incentive structures, and operational roles.
- Communication &
- Grooming Standards: Flawless verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for candidate presentation, poise, and luxury hospitality standards.
- Interpersonal &
- Management Skills: Strong negotiation, candidate management, and organizational abilities.
- Attributes: Proactive, highly discreet, adaptable, and capable of meeting aggressive hiring timelines for retail store launches and expansions.
