Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and people-oriented HR to support business operations during US working hours.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and HR priorities.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture initiatives.
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities.
- Support performance management processes including goal setting, reviews, and feedback discussions.
- Handle employee relations issues and provide conflict resolution support.
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition teams for hiring and onboarding support.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights for decision-making.
- Ensure HR policies and compliance are maintained as per company standards.
- Conduct skip-level meetings, pulse checks, and employee connect sessions.
- Support learning & development and succession planning initiatives.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across global locations.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in HRBP/generalist role.
- Experience working with global or US-based stakeholders preferred.
- Robust communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Good understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and employee engagement strategies.
- Ability to work independently in night shifts.
- Proficiency in HRMS tools and Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in IT/ITES/BPO/KPO industry.
- Exposure to handling employees across multiple geographies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
