Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter with 3–7 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in US healthcare hiring, with a focus on Medical Coding and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).

The candidate will be responsible for managing high-volume and niche recruitment requirements, sourcing qualified candidates, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and ensuring timely closures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for US healthcare Coding and RCM positions.
- Hire for specialized coding roles such as E/M, Denial, OB/GYN, Surgery, GI, and Radiology Coding.
- Recruit for RCM roles including AR-HB, AR-PB, Denial Management, Appeals, Insurance Verification, and leadership positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, vendors, and other channels.




- Screen candidates for relevant experience, technical skills, certifications, and compensation expectations.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, feedback, and offer closures.
- Manage recruitment trackers, hiring dashboards, and MIS reports.
- Partner with hiring managers to ensure timely closure of positions within approved budgets.

Requirements:

- 3–7 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- US healthcare recruitment experience preferred, particularly Medical Coding and RCM.
- Experience in high-volume and niche hiring.
- Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and achieve hiring targets.
- Valuable communication and analytical skills.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in US healthcare Coding and RCM recruitment will be preferred.
