We reach a large audience through YouTube, Instagram, webinars and WhatsApp, and our visuals are at the center of how people discover us.

About the Role

We're looking for a highly skilled creative who is equally strong in graphic design and qualified video editing. You'll own the visual side of Stockwiz marketing, from social media creatives and ad campaigns to YouTube videos, Reels and investor-grade PDF decks. This role doesn't involve UI/UX work, because we have a dedicated product design team. Your focus is marketing and brand creatives.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

- Design social media creatives, including Instagram posts, carousels, stories and LinkedIn posts
- Create performance ad creatives for Meta and Google Ads in static, carousel and multiple size variants
- Design YouTube thumbnails that drive clicks
- Build professional PDF decks and presentations: pitch decks, product brochures, research report layouts and webinar slides
- Create webinar banners, WhatsApp broadcast creatives,



landing page graphics and email headers
- Maintain and evolve the Stockwiz and StrykeX brand identity across all channels

Video Editing & Motion

- Edit long-form YouTube videos (stock analysis and educational content in Hinglish) with cuts, B-roll, graphics, subtitles and sound design
- Edit short-form content such as Reels, YouTube Shorts and video ads, with a strong hook in the first 3 seconds
- Create motion graphics, animated text, charts and explainer animations in After Effects
- Produce product demo and walkthrough videos for StrykeX
- Handle color correction, audio cleanup and final export for each platform

Collaboration

- Work with the content, performance marketing and product teams to turn scripts and briefs into finished creatives
- Produce multiple creative variations for A/B testing and iterate based on ad performance data
- Manage multiple projects and deliver on tight timelines

Must-Have Skills

- Expert-level Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Strong working knowledge of Figma for layouts, decks and social design systems
- Excellent sense of typography, layout, color and visual hierarchy
- Proven experience editing both long-form and short-form video




- Ability to take a rough idea and deliver a polished, professional output without heavy supervision
- Understanding of the formats, sizes and trends for Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads and Google Ads
- A strong portfolio covering both design and video work (mandatory)

Good to Have

- Experience in fintech, stock market, finance or education content
- Familiarity with advertising rules for financial content, such as avoiding claims of guaranteed returns (we'll train you on SEBI guidelines)
- Adobe InDesign or Audition
- AI creative tools such as Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, or AI voice and subtitle tools
- Basic understanding of ad performance metrics (CTR, hook rate, thumb-stop rate)
- Understanding of Hindi and Hinglish content
