Position Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Manager - Graphic Design who can conceptualize, visualize, and develop compelling visual materials based on content requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to translate ideas into visually compelling designs while maintaining brand consistency and delivering impactful user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Conceptualization and Visualization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret content requirements, conceptualize ideas, and visualize screens that align with the project's goals.

Design Execution: Oversee the creation of graphic art and visual materials for both digital and print media, including websites, applications, marketing collateral, and learning materials.

Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to the company’s branding guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity across platforms.

Quality Assurance: Review designs for accuracy, aesthetics, functionality, and adherence to project specifications.

Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, product development, and technical teams to align design strategies with organizational objectives.

Prototyping: Develop wireframes and prototypes to test design concepts before final implementation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.





Minimum 5–7 years of experience in graphic design (corporate or agency setting preferred), with at least 1–3 years in a supervisory role.

Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in both digital and print media.

Required Skills

Design Expertise

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, branding principles, and visual hierarchy.

Technical Knowledge:

Familiarity with UI/UX principles for screen design. Knowledge of responsive design techniques and HTML/CSS is a plus.

Communication Skills:

Ability to present ideas clearly to stakeholders and provide actionable feedback to team members.

Preferred Skills

Experience with motion graphics or video editing tools such as Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro. Knowledge of data visualization principles for creating charts and infographics. Familiarity with prototyping tools like Adobe XD or Figma.
