Position Overview

Job Descripition:

- 6+ years of Business Analysis experience
- Strong experience in U.S. Debt Settlement, Financial Services, FinTech, Lending, or Payments
- Expertise in BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases, Process Flows, and UAT
- Hands-on experience with CRM & Customer Service Management
- Knowledge of Case Management, SLA, Escalation, Complaint Handling, and Customer 360
- Experience documenting API and System Integration requirements
- Strong understanding of Compliance, Audit, Data Privacy, and Regulatory Requirements
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Visio/Lucidchart
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
