We are seeking highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developers & Data Engineers to design, develop, and maintain next-generation Agentic AI Automation Platforms. This role will be responsible for building both front-end user experiences and backend orchestration frameworks that enable intelligent, autonomous business workflows powered by AI agents.

The ideal candidate will bridge business and engineering teams, translating requirements into scalable, cloud-native solutions while developing robust data pipelines, workflow orchestration capabilities, APIs, and modern user interfaces. The role requires deep expertise in AWS Cloud, Full Stack Development, Data Engineering, and AI-driven Automation Architectures.

Key Responsibilities

Agentic Workflow Development

- Design and develop end-to-end agentic automation workflows that orchestrate business processes across multiple systems and applications.
- Build backend services and orchestration frameworks for AI agents, workflow execution, task routing, and automated decision-making.
- Develop reusable workflow components, connectors, and integrations with enterprise applications and APIs.
- Implement observability, logging, monitoring, and audit capabilities for autonomous workflows.
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability of workflow orchestration platforms.

Full Stack Application Development

- Develop responsive, scalable, and user-friendly web applications for workflow management, monitoring, analytics, and user interaction.
- Build RESTful APIs and microservices supporting workflow execution, data processing, and AI agent interactions.
- Implement secure authentication, authorization, and role-based access controls (RBAC).
- Optimize front-end and back-end application performance and user experience.

Data Engineering & Platform Development

- Build, monitor, and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest and process operational, transactional, and analytical data.
- Design and implement data models, semantic layers, and data marts to support business reporting and AI use cases.
- Develop automated validation frameworks for data quality,



reconciliation, anomaly detection, and governance.
- Enable seamless data access and integration for AI agents and workflow engines.
- Support large-scale data processing and analytics workloads.

Cloud Engineering & Automation

- Design and deploy cloud-native solutions on AWS using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and CI/CD best practices.
- Implement scalable event-driven architectures leveraging messaging, streaming, and serverless services.
- Optimize applications for performance, reliability, security, and cost efficiency.
- Automate deployment, monitoring, and operational processes across environments.

Engineering Collaboration

- Collaborate closely with architects, product owners, data scientists, and business stakeholders to define technical solutions.
- Work with upstream and downstream engineering teams to ensure platform resilience and integration stability.
- Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical governance activities.
- Contribute to engineering standards, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Strong understanding of software design patterns and distributed architectures.

Agentic AI & Workflow Automation

- Experience building AI-driven workflow orchestration platforms, autonomous agents, or business process automation solutions.
- Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures, and orchestration frameworks.




- Experience integrating AI services with enterprise applications and APIs.
- Understanding of agent frameworks and AI automation patterns.

Data Engineering

- Advanced SQL skills including:
- Complex joins
- Query optimization
- Performance tuning
- Window functions
- Large-scale data processing

- Experience with:

Preferred Experience

- 6+ years of experience in Full Stack Development, Data Engineering, or Cloud Engineering.
