Position Summary

The Senior Financial Analyst position requires strong analytical acumen and executive presence to support selected corporate functions. The role will act as a trusted advisor to key CXOs and their leadership teams, driving financial insight, supporting decision-making, and ensuring the functions deliver on their strategic and financial objectives.

A confident finance professional with the presence to partner effectively with CXOs, the credibility to influence decisions, and the ability to translate financial data into clear, impactful business narratives.

The organization operates in a highly regulated industry, where robust financial reporting and decision-making are critical. Experience working in a regulated environment is beneficial but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Partnering & Advisory

- Serve as the finance partner to assigned CXOs and their leadership teams, providing strategic financial guidance and proactive business support.
- Build strong relationships across assigned functions to understand key business drivers and spending patterns.
- Influence decision-making by linking financial insights with operational and strategic outcomes.
- Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations with clear narratives on business performance, key drivers, and future outlook.

2. Forecasting, Budgeting & Reporting

- Lead monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes for assigned functions, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational financial objectives.
- Analyze monthly financial performance and explain key variances against budget, forecast, and prior year.
- Develop and enhance management reporting packs to effectively communicate key financial trends and metrics.

3. Ad-hoc & Strategic Analysis

- Perform financial modelling, scenario planning, and cost-benefit analyses to support business initiatives.
- Provide insights on cost optimization, resource allocation,



and ROI for strategic projects and headcount decisions.
- Support leadership reviews with data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.

4. Continuous Improvement & Collaboration

- Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance reporting quality, consistency, and automation.
- Contribute to process simplification, improved forecasting methodologies, and digital reporting tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Share best practices and maintain high standards of governance and accuracy in financial partner deliverables.

Qualifications

- CA / CMA / MBA in Finance.

Experience

- 6–8 years of experience in FP&A;, Business Finance, or similar finance partnering roles, preferably within multinational organizations.
- Proven experience partnering with senior leadership and managing SG&A; or corporate function budgets.
