Qualification: M.Com/ MBA, B.Com or Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.

Experience: 5–8 years (Hospital experience preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and accounting records.
- Perform bank, vendor, customer, and balance-sheet reconciliations.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, provisions, and adjustments.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, and financial planning.
- Monitor expenses and identify variances against budgets.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure timely statutory, tax, and regulatory compliance.




- Coordinate with auditors and provide required schedules and supporting documentation.
- Establish and maintain appropriate financial controls and processes.
- Review financial transactions for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to management to support business decisions.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
- Support process improvements, automation, and efficiency initiatives within the Finance function.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior finance/accounting team members.
