We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Finance Executive to manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations and support financial reporting, compliance, and business requirements.

JOB SUMMARYThe Senior Finance Executive will be responsible for independently handling accounting operations, billing, GST, reconciliations, payables and receivables, financial reporting, and statutory compliance support. The role requires strong practical knowledge of Tally, GST, MS Excel, accounting principles, and financial documentation.

The candidate should be capable of managing finance activities independently while coordinating with management, vendors, clients, auditors, and external consultants.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and accounting records in Tally / Tally Prime.
- Handle sales and purchase billing, invoicing, receipts, vouchers, and payment entries.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and follow up for timely settlements.
- Handle GST-related activities, including invoice verification, reconciliations, data preparation, and filing support.
- Ensure proper maintenance of GST records and documentation.
- Perform regular bank, ledger, vendor, and customer reconciliations.




- Prepare monthly financial reports, MIS, and management reports.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities.
- Review accounting entries and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Maintain records of expenses, reimbursements, advances, and other financial transactions.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, vendors, and other external stakeholders.
- Support statutory compliance activities relating to GST, TDS, and other applicable requirements.
- Prepare and maintain finance-related reports and analysis using MS Excel.
- Monitor cash flow, payment schedules, and financial commitments.
- Assist management with financial data and reports required for decision-making.
- Ensure proper documentation and systematic filing of financial records.
- Identify discrepancies in financial transactions and take corrective action where required.
- Ensure compliance with internal finance policies, accounting standards, and applicable statutory requirements.
- Support the Finance Manager / Accounts Head in other finance and accounting activities.

REQUIRED SKILLS
- Strong working knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime.
- Strong practical knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas, data analysis, and reporting.
- Experience in bank, vendor, and customer reconciliation.




- Good knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Understanding of financial reporting and MIS preparation.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple finance activities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
- B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance, or equivalent qualification.
- Hands-on experience in Tally, GST, billing, reconciliations, and Excel is required.
- Experience handling finance operations independently will be preferred.
- Prior experience in the real estate / construction industry will be an added advantage.

IDEAL CANDIDATEThe ideal candidate should be experienced, detail-oriented, accountable, and capable of independently managing day-to-day finance and accounting operations. The candidate should have strong practical knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, billing, Excel, reconciliations, MIS, and financial reporting, along with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
