Senior Field Service Engineer

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Field Service Engineer with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. The role involves installation, troubleshooting, technical support, and customer assistance for Flagman devices at various customer sites across India.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and commission Flagman devices at customer sites.

- Perform electrical wiring and PLC connections.

- Troubleshoot electrical, hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

- Work with PLC and SCADA systems.

- Handle basic troubleshooting on Windows and Linux systems.

- Provide technical support and training to customers.

- Coordinate with the engineering team to resolve technical issues.

- Prepare service reports and maintain site documentation.

- Travel to customer locations as required.

Qualifications





- Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, EEE, ECE, Instrumentation, or related field.

- 1-2 years of relevant experience in Field Service, Technical Support, Industrial Automation, Electrical, or Electronics.

- Good knowledge of electrical wiring and basic PLC connections.

- Basic knowledge of PLC and SCADA.

- Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux.

- Understanding of APIs or software integration is an added advantage.

- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.

- Willingness to travel to customer sites across India and, when required, internationally.
