1. PON & Optical Access: Strong knowledge of PON principles and optical access architecture, including GPON; proven experience testing OLT and ONU/ONT products.

2. L2/L3 Datacom & Protocol Testing: Experience testing VLAN, xSTP, IGMP, ARP, 802.1X, QoS, DHCP, PPPoE, and IPv6.

3. Switching & Routing: Strong understanding of switch/router operation, TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, and L2/L3 forwarding.

4. Test Management: Experience in test design, testbed preparation/setup, test execution, defect management, and reporting.

5. Testing Methodologies: Experience with functional, regression, and/or non-functional testing.

6. Traffic Generation & Testing Tools: Must have hands-on experience with traffic generators such as Spirent, IXIA, PCTA, or equivalent Ethernet/PON test platforms.

7. Test Automation: Strong hands-on experience in automation testing,



including designing, developing, and troubleshooting Python-based automation frameworks, Robot Framework test suites, and reusable test libraries.

8. Python Development: Strong Python development skills for automation tooling, data processing, test-result analysis, and reporting.

9. Linux & Containerized Test Environments: Solid working experience with Linux-based test environments, including CentOS, Rocky Linux, Ubuntu, Docker, and Kubernetes for lab/test deployment and troubleshooting.

10. Delivery & Ownership: Proven ability to handle challenging tasks and deliver commitments under tight schedules.
