We are hiring a Technical Support Engineer / Field Application Engineer (FAE) Senior role having > 5 years of experience in hardware customization, testing, validation, and technical implementation support. The role involves hands-on work with electronic / IoT devices, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting product deployment and managing a team.

- Support pre-sales demonstrations and customer deployments;
- Ensure timely technical issue resolution.
