The role requires robust finance process and SAP S/4HANA expertise to drive process optimization, manage global stakeholders, provide end-to-end finance support, and build a high-performing team in India.

Your job

- Support end-to-end Finance processes across O2C, P2P, and R2R, driving process standardization, harmonization, governance activities, documentation, KPI monitoring, and finance change management (tickets, new demands, change requests, etc.). • Provide functional support for SAP S/4HANA Finance, including enhancements, upgrades, business requirements, issue investigation, root-cause analysis, and resolution.
- Coordinate UAT, Integration Testing, and Regression Testing to ensure smooth system performance and successful process implementation.
- Identify and drive automation, digitalization, and AI initiatives, collaborating closely with Finance, IT, and Digital teams to improve efficiency and business outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with Global Process Owners, Finance, SSC, and IT teams, facilitating workshops and acting as a liaison between business and technology stakeholders across the Americas, Europe, and Asia-Pacific regions.
- Lead and develop a team in India, managing priorities, performance, capability development, recruitment, onboarding, and direct reports,



with responsibility to scale the team over time.

Your qualification

- 7-10 years of experience in Finance Processes, SAP Systems, Finance Transformation, preferably within Shared Services, GBS, or multinational organizations.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP ERP/SAP S/4HANA Finance, including integration with key business functions such as Purchasing, Sales, and Production.
- Expertise in process improvement, business systems support, testing, controls, governance, and finance process areas including O2C, P2P, and R2R.
- Experience working with global stakeholders and managing cross-functional collaboration in international environments. • Knowledge of Power BI, Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, etc.), and digital finance solutions.
- Exposure to automation technologies and tools such as RPA, n8n, and other digitalization initiatives to improve efficiency and standardization.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, leadership, coaching, analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills, with the ability to support finance transformation, drive automation, and build a high-performing support team.
