Key Responsibilities:

Media & Campaign Planning

- Develop integrated media plans across Digital, ATL and relevant offline channels.
- Expertise in Meta, Google, OTT and CTV planning and execution with serious drive for measurable success.
- Build plans based on campaign objectives, target audiences, geographies, sales priorities and consumer behaviour.
- Manage campaigns end-to-end, from brief and strategy through execution, optimisation and post-campaign analysis.
- Work closely with media, creative and influencer agencies to deliver campaigns effectively.

Digital Brand Marketing

- Lead Digital as the primary area of expertise across platforms such as Meta, Google, YouTube and other relevant channels.
- Plan, monitor and optimise campaigns against performance and business KPIs.
- Identify opportunities to improve targeting, spends, creative performance, conversion and overall media efficiency.

Data, Research & Insights

- Use sales data, consumer research,



campaign performance and market trends as the starting point for media planning.
- Analyse past campaign performance and sales trends to identify opportunities and inform future strategies.
- Build explicit performance reports and translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Continuously build a learning loop of Data Insight Strategy Campaign Performance Optimisation.

Budget & Agency Management

- Manage large-scale campaign budgets with a focus on effective utilisation and business impact.
- Work with agencies on planning, negotiation, execution and optimisation.
- Track spends, delivery and performance against agreed objectives.
