Senior Executive – Digital Marketing & Assistant to Managing Director

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai

Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month

Experience: 2–5 Years

We are looking for a dynamic, digitally savvy and well-organised professional to manage digital marketing activities while providing executive and business support to the Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage social media, content planning, posting and engagement
- Coordinate with designers, agencies, photographers and external partners
- Execute digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Track digital performance and prepare MIS / marketing reports
- Manage the MD’s calendar, meetings, appointments and travel
- Prepare emails, presentations, reports, MoMs and business documents
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and other stakeholders
- Track action points, follow-ups and deadlines assigned by the MD
- Support the MD on business initiatives and special projects
- Handle confidential information with professionalism

Candidate Profile





- 2–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing + Executive Assistance / Management Support
- Strong knowledge of Social Media, Content Marketing & Digital Campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong drafting, coordination, follow-up and organisational skills
- Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace
- Tech-savvy, proactive and comfortable in a quick-paced environment
- Hospitality / Restaurant / F&B; experience will be an advantage
