Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Executive – Stores with 5–7 years of relevant experience in the steel/manufacturing industry to manage day-to-day stores operations, material receipt, inventory control, documentation, and material movement within the plant.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily Stores operations including material receipt, storage, issue, and dispatch.
- Maintain inventory accuracy, stock levels, and material records.
- Handle GRN, material issue/return, stock transfer, and inventory documentation.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Maintenance, and Finance teams for material requirements.
- Conduct physical stock verification and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Monitor slow/non-moving and obsolete materials.




- Ensure proper storage, housekeeping, safety, and compliance with SOPs.
- Prepare Stores MIS and support internal/external audits.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Graduate/Diploma in Materials Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
- 5–7 years of Stores/Inventory experience in the Steel/Manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of ERP/SAP and inventory management.
- Strong coordination, documentation, and inventory control skills.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing plant workplace and coordinate with multiple departments.

Preferred Candidate: Candidates currently working in steel, metals, manufacturing, or heavy engineering industries with hands-on plant Stores experience.
