- Prepare accurate HVAC ductwork quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications and tender documents.
- Prepare ductwork estimates using CAMduct.
- Generate CAMduct quantity reports, cutting lists and fabrication data.
- Calculate material, labour, fabrication and installation costs.
- Optimize material usage and minimize wastage.
- Prepare quotations and tender submissions.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, Procurement and Project teams.
- Review and verify estimates prepared by junior estimators.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and technical discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate estimation and project costing records.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of HVAC ducting fabrication and estimation.
- Proficiency in CAMduct is mandatory.
Gulf experience in HVAC Ducting and CAMduct estimationwill be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of duct fittings, gauges, flanges and reinforcement.
- Ability to read and interpret HVAC drawings.
- Relevant experience in HVAC duct manufacturing/estimation.
- Solid analytical, costing and communication skills.
