About the RoleProsper Overseas is looking for a Senior Europe Counsellor with strong experience in overseas education counselling and a good understanding of European higher education.

The role involves counselling students, assessing their profiles, recommending suitable European universities and programs, and managing the student journey from initial counselling through registration and application.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding study opportunities across Europe.
- Assess academic profiles, career goals, financial background and eligibility.
- Recommend suitable countries, universities, courses and study pathways.
- Handle destinations including Germany, France, Ireland, Netherlands, Denmark, Finland, Hungary, Poland, Malta and other European destinations.
- Provide accurate information regarding courses, tuition fees, intakes, scholarships, eligibility and admission requirements.
- Manage leads through calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, email and other communication channels.
- Convert qualified enquiries into registrations and applications.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups throughout the counselling and admission process.




- Coordinate with the processing and university relationship teams for timely application submissions.
- Maintain updated student records, activities and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Stay updated on European university admissions, intakes, eligibility criteria and policy changes.
- Participate in seminars, webinars, university events and student engagement activities when required.
- Achieve assigned registration, application and revenue targets.
- Support junior counsellors and contribute to improving overall counselling quality and conversion.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Overseas Education / Study Abroad Counselling.
- Robust experience counselling students for European destinations.
- Good knowledge of European universities, courses and admission processes.
- Strong profile assessment and university shortlisting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and student conversion skills.
- Target-oriented approach with an understanding of sales and counselling.
- Experience working with CRM or student management systems.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
