Job Title: Senior Engineer

Department: Special Purpose Machine Design

Prime Function: Special Purpose Machine Designing & Development

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute machine design activities effectively.
- Focus on achieving project targets and deadlines.
- Identify and resolve critical issues, validating design accuracy.
- Optimize machine designs to reduce manufacturing costs.
- Review, check, and release drawings for subsequent processes.
- Support concerned departments with required machine design changes.
- Resolve technical issues related to machine design in collaboration with internal customers.

Educational Qualifications:





Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience and Skills

- Minimum of 7-8 years of experience in designing special purpose machines such as metal cutting machines, CNC machines, etc.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and any 3D design software, preferably Autodesk Inventor.

Expertise in design calculations, including:
- Sizing servo motors.
- Bearing selection.
- LM Guide selection.
- Sound knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Familiarity with machining processes.
