Role Overview

Creative Square Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Senior Engineer – Finishings with strong expertise in high-rise residential MIVAN projects. The role involves driving execution and supervision of all finishing activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, approved specifications, and quality standards in a PMC environment. The candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality finishes, seamless coordination, and timely project handover.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive execution of all finishing works including plastering, tiling, flooring, painting, waterproofing, façade works, and joinery.
- Ensure finishing activities are completed within defined timelines and budgets while meeting quality benchmarks.
- Plan, monitor, and track daily and weekly progress against project schedules and milestones.
- Coordinate closely with QA/QC team for inspections and timely closure of observations.
- Monitor workmanship standards, surface finishes, alignment, levels, and tolerances.
- Coordinate with MEP and structural teams for seamless integration of finishing works.
- Manage contractors, vendors, and workforce; evaluate contractor performance and ensure adherence to agreed scope and timelines.
- Ensure proper material planning, handling, storage, and utilization at site.
- Identify and resolve site execution challenges proactively to avoid delays.
- Maintain daily/weekly progress reports and site documentation.
- Ensure timely completion of snagging, de-snagging, and handover to client.




- Ensure compliance with site safety standards during finishing activities.

Eligibility Criteria

- BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
- 6–20 years of experience in finishing execution for high-rise residential projects.
- Mandatory exposure to MIVAN-based high-rise construction.
- Experience handling finishing works in projects G+20 floors and above.
- Working knowledge of planning and tracking tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
- Strong understanding of finishing materials, execution methodologies, and site coordination.
- Experience in waterproofing execution is preferred.

Preferred Profile

- Prior experience in PMC / Client-side execution role.
- Exposure to luxury or large-scale residential developments.
- Strong coordination, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in managing finishing timelines, contractor performance, and handover schedules.
- Familiarity with Bangalore construction practices and standards.

Reporting Structure

Reports to: Project Manager / Construction Manager

Coordinates with: QA/QC Team, MEP Team, Contractors, and Client Representatives

Note

Designation/title will be aligned based on the candidate’s experience and internal evaluation.

Selection Note

Only candidates with proven high-rise residential MIVAN finishing execution experience, robust contractor management, and project delivery capability will be considered.
