Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement quality control plans, procedures, and processes to ensure compliance with ISO standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues through CAPA (Corrective Action Preventive Action) methodology.
- Conduct DFMEA (Design Failure Mode Effects Analysis) studies to identify potential failures in product design and develop corrective actions.
- Prepare PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) documents for new products or changes to existing ones.
Job Requirements :
- 7-9 years of experience as a Quality Engineer in the auto components industry.
- Robust understanding of SPC (Statistical Process Control) principles and implementation methods.
- Experience with controlling processes using tools like ISO, Capa, Dfmea, PPAP.
