Role & responsibilities

- Site Execution &
- Supervision:

Lead daily in office construction activities, managing subcontractors, site crews, and junior engineers to ensure adherence to schedules and design blueprints.

- Technical &

- Engineering Coordination:

Interpret structural and architectural drawings, resolve technical issues on-site, and coordinate structural and civil works.

- Quality Assurance &

- Safety (QA/QC &
- HSE):

Conduct routine inspections (reinforcement, concrete, masonry, finishing), ensure adherence to safety regulations, and lead safety toolbox talks.

- Planning &

- Progress Monitoring:

Assist in updating project baselines, monitor daily/weekly milestone targets, and identify potential delay risks early.

- Cost &

- Resource Management:

Track material reconciliation,



and contractor billings to minimize waste and keep costs within budget.

- Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate with clients, architects, municipal authorities, and third-party inspectors to secure approvals and keep stakeholders updated

Preferred candidate profile

- Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on site execution experience in commercial or infrastructure projects.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and structural drawing interpretation.
