- Experience in New Product Development (NPD), preferably in CNC machining and precision-engineered components.

- Hands-on knowledge of CNC Turning, Turn-Mill, VMC, Grinding and conventional machining processes.

- Proficiency in DFMEA, PFMEA, APQP, PPAP and process validation.

- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, GD&T;,



product specifications and customer requirements.

- Experience in process feasibility studies, cycle time estimation, tooling selection and machining process development.

- Knowledge of recent product trials, prototype development, first-piece inspection and production validation.

- Experience in preparing process flow charts, control plans, work instructions and other NPD documentation.

- Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and automotive customer-specific requirements is preferred.

- Ability to coordinate with Design, Quality, Production, PPC, Tool Room and Customer Engineering teams.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and project coordination skills.
