Role & responsibilities
1. Strong communication and presentation skills with positive product knowledge and the ability to understand customer requirements effectively.
2. Handle day-to-day customer requirements and ensure prompt resolution of issues and requests.
3. Manage commercial activities, including supplementary claims, tooling cost recovery, and related customer agreements.
4. Demonstrate high flexibility and agility to meet dynamic customer expectations, changing priorities, and tight timelines.
5. Experience in database management, IPCS, and SAP portal handling for data collection and analysis.
6. Preparation of price approval documents, price history management, and SAP price updates.
7. Coordinate and provide commercial support to Project Management, Quality, R&D;, and other cross-functional teams.
