Key Responsibilities

- Collect, process, and assess sperm and oocytes (eggs).

- Perform procedures such as IVF (in-vitro fertilization) and ICSI (intracytoplasmic sperm injection).

- Handle and culture embryos under controlled laboratory conditions.

- Monitor embryo development and document embryo quality.

- Perform embryo freezing (cryopreservation) and thawing.

- Prepare embryos and reproductive material for transfer procedures.

- Maintain laboratory equipment, incubators, and quality-control systems.

- Follow strict SOPs, infection-control procedures, and laboratory safety standards.

- Maintain accurate patient records and laboratory documentation.

- Coordinate with fertility specialists, nurses, and other laboratory staff.

- Participate in quality assurance, audits, and laboratory accreditation activities.

- Maintain confidentiality and comply with applicable ethical and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biology,



Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or a related field.

- Specialized training or experience in Clinical Embryology/Assisted Reproductive Technology is highly desirable.

- Practical experience in an IVF laboratory is preferred for experienced positions.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
