About the Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Senior .NET Developer to join our application development team working with one of our prestigious MNC clients in Pune.

The client is a global leader in advanced engineering, industrial technology and process automation, with operations and offices worldwide. The selected candidate will work on enterprise-grade web applications in a global engineering environment and collaborate with business and technology teams across multiple countries.

We are looking for a strong backend developer with expertise in .NET Core, Azure, SQL and APIs. Candidates with hands-on Angular experience and the ability to work as a Full-Stack Developer will have a distinct advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop and maintain enterprise-grade web applications using C#, .NET Core and ASP.NET Core.
- Design, develop and integrate RESTful APIs / Web APIs with internal and external systems.
- Develop scalable, maintainable and secure backend services and application components.
- Work with Microsoft Azure for cloud application development, integration, deployment and monitoring.
- Develop and optimize SQL Server queries, stored procedures and data-access components.
- Independently handle assigned projects or application modules end-to-end, from requirement analysis and technical design through development, testing, deployment and production support.
- Interact directly with international client stakeholders, business users and technical teams to understand requirements and discuss solutions.
- Translate functional and business requirements into effective technical designs and implementation plans.
- Troubleshoot complex application, API, integration, database and performance issues.
- Participate in architecture and technical design discussions.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines and development best practices.
- Collaborate with developers, QA, DevOps, architects and client teams across different geographies.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level developers where required.




- Participate in Agile/Scrum activities, estimations, sprint planning and release activities.
- Take ownership and accountability for quality, timelines and successful delivery.

Mandatory Technical Skills
- 6–10 years of software development experience, primarily using Microsoft technologies.
- Solid hands-on experience in C# and .NET Core / ASP.NET Core.
- Strong experience developing enterprise web-based applications.
- Strong experience designing and consuming REST APIs / Web APIs.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, including complex queries, stored procedures and performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-based application development/deployment.
- Experience with Entity Framework / Entity Framework Core.
- Valuable understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, SOLID principles and design patterns.
- Understanding of application architecture, API-based integrations and distributed applications.
- Experience with Git/source control and CI/CD practices.
- Good understanding of authentication, authorization and application/API security.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Solid Plus – Angular / Full-Stack Development Candidates with hands-on Full-Stack development experience will be preferred. Desirable skills include:
- Hands-on experience with Angular and TypeScript.
- Development of responsive, component-based web applications.
- Integration of Angular applications with .NET Core REST APIs.
- Good understanding of HTML5, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend development practices.
- Ability to independently work across UI, API, business logic and database layers.
- Understanding of frontend authentication, authorization and API security.
- Experience debugging and troubleshooting applications across the complete technology stack.





Strong hands-on Angular experience will be considered a significant advantage, particularly for candidates capable of taking complete ownership of Full-Stack application development.

Azure Experience

Hands-on exposure to several of the following would be preferred:

Ideal Candidate We are looking for more than a programmer. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on Senior Software Engineer capable of independently owning applications, modules and smaller projects.

The person should be comfortable engaging directly with global client teams, understanding complex business and engineering requirements, recommending technical approaches and taking responsibility for successful delivery.

A candidate combining strong .NET Core backend expertise with hands-on Angular Full-Stack capabilities would be particularly well suited for this position.
