Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to plan and run online campaigns that generate leads and build the Aibizoe brand across our AI automation and digital solutions offerings.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute SEO, social media, email, and content marketing campaigns
- Manage and optimise Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads for lead generation
- Create and manage content calendars for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
- Position and promote our AI automation and digital solutions to business audiences
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics and Search Console
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing
- Coordinate with designers, developers, and the sales team to convert leads




- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing
- Proven hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and Analytics
- Experience in B2B lead generation (preferred)
- Solid content and social media strategy skills
- Good written and spoken English (Malayalam is a plus)
- Analytical mindset and reporting skills
- Interest in AI tools and automation

Nice to Have

- Experience marketing IT, SaaS, or software services
- Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, content and design automation)
- Google Ads / Analytics certifications
- Experience with CRM or email automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zoho)

Salary & Benefits

- ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 per month based on experience

Work Schedule

- Day shift, e.g., 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
