Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Designer to step into a leadership position and take ownership of our active, converted projects. You will be responsible for leading a team of junior designers, ensuring that design intent is flawlessly translated into execution, and maintaining high studio standards across all deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and manage the internal design team working on active/converted projects.
- Oversee the production of detailed working drawings, GFCs (Good for Construction), and execution layouts.
- Coordinate seamlessly with the client facing liaison to integrate client feedback and vendor constraints.




- Review all technical drawings and 3D models for accuracy and quality before site execution.
- Manage project timelines to ensure smooth handovers to the exq, ation team.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: B.Arch or an equivalent Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design (B.Des).
- Software Proficiency: Highly proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Skills: Solid leadership abilities, deep technical knowledge of materials and detailing, and excellent project management skills.
