- Self-motivated skilled with hands-on experience inSolidWorks, including load analysis, stress, and strainsimulations (SolidWorks Simulation / ANSYS).

- Proficient in preparing and interpreting part and assemblydrawings.

- Strong knowledge of load calculations, tension, and loaddistribution for 1-leg, 2-leg, and 3-leg slingconfigurations.

- Conduct timely customer site visits to identify issues,verify problems, and implement containment andcorrective actions.

- Self-motivated with excellent communication andcoordination skills.

- Experienced in DAP (Design Approval Process) withcustomers.

- Ability to execute and manage projects end-to-end, frominitiation to closure.

- Handle complete project management activities,including planning, execution, and monitoring.

- Manage client communication and coordinationthroughout the project lifecycle.

- Take full ownership and accountability for assignedprojects.
