About This Prospect

Job Title : Senior Data Analyst

Experience: 5+ Years

Role Purpose:





Act as a trusted analytics partner to business stakeholders by delivering reporting, insights, and decision support while contributing to advanced analytics and Test & Learn initiatives. This is a highly hands-on techno-functional role requiring strong analytical capabilities, business acumen, storytelling skills, and proficiency in modern analytics tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain executive dashboards, scorecards, KPI frameworks, and recurring business reporting solutions.

- Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify business opportunities, risks, and performance drivers.

- Perform root cause analyses across sales, category performance, pricing, promotions, and operations.

- Translate complex analytical findings into clear business recommendations and executive-ready presentations.

- Support Test & Learn initiatives through measurement, impact assessment, and performance reporting.

- Partner with business stakeholders to define business requirements, frame analytical problems, and recommend solutions.

- Build scalable reporting and analytical solutions using SQL, Power BI, Python, and Databricks.

- Contribute to forecasting, statistical analysis, and advanced analytics projects as needed.

- Mentor Associates and Analysts and support quality reviews across deliverables.
