Role Description The Senior Creative Designer will lead the conception and execution of high-impact visual designs for digital campaigns, brand identities, and marketing collateral. This full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar involves developing creative concepts, producing graphics and layouts, and ensuring design consistency across web, social media, and print assets.

Designer will collaborate closely with marketing, content, and client liaison teams to translate brand strategies into compelling visual narratives. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing design projects from brief to delivery, mentoring junior designers,



presenting creative ideas to stakeholders, and maintaining high-quality standards across all creative outputs. The role also requires staying current with design trends and tools to continuously elevate the visual presence of client brands.

Qualifications

- Strong Creative Design skills with the ability to conceptualize and execute original ideas that align with brand strategy.
- Proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design, including experience with industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent).
- Experience in Branding, with a track record of developing or evolving visual identities for diverse clients.

- 2-4 years of professional design experience, preferably in a digital agency or media-focused environment.
- Portfolio demonstrating high-quality creative work across social media, web, and brand projects.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Relevant academic background in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field is advantageous.
- Ability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar and manage multiple projects in a rapid-paced environment.
