Role Description

We’re looking for a Senior Copywriter who can think beyond just writing great lines.

You’ll work on campaigns from the initial brief to the final execution — finding the right consumer insight, developing the campaign thought and turning complex business objectives into simple, interesting and culturally relevant communication.

What You’ll Do

- Develop campaign concepts rooted in clear business and communication objectives.
- Research brands, categories,



consumers and competitors to uncover meaningful insights.
- Turn consumer truths into robust creative ideas rather than relying on obvious observations.
- Write sharp, precise and engaging copy across campaigns and formats.
- Simplify complex products, services and information into easy-to-understand communication.
- Build campaign platforms that can extend beyond a single headline or execution.
- Collaborate closely with art, strategy, account management and other teams.
- Present and articulate creative ideas internally and to clients.
- Adapt communication across different platforms while maintaining a consistent campaign thought.

What We’re Looking For

- 2.5–4 years of experience in an advertising/creative agency.
- Experience working on BFSI, legacy brands, e-commerce, healthcare, corporate or other process-heavy categories is preferred.
- Strong conceptual and campaign-thinking skills.
- Excellent research and insight-mining abilities.
- Ability to identify non-obvious consumer truths.
- Strong command over language, grammar and storytelling.
- Ability to simplify complex ideas without making the communication boring.
- Someone who thinks in campaigns and ideas, not just individual pieces of copy.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment and collaborating across teams.
