Job Title: SAP PM Senior Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled SAP PM Consultant with expertise in PP or QM and a minimum of 5-8 years of consulting experience.

Key Competencies Required:

- Deep functional expertise in SAP PM processes including Maintenance Planning, Work Management, Equipment & Notifications, Calibration, Refurbishment, and Reporting.
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA with at least one implementation/rollout and support exposure.
- Strong understanding of cross-module integration (MM, FI/CO, SD, PP/QM).
- Hands-on experience with data migration concepts and tools (e.g., Syniti preferred).
- Ability to work with ABAP developments and system integrations (IDocs/APIs).
- Familiarity with ITIL practices and tools like ServiceNow.
- Exposure to industry-specific maintenance processes and mobility solutions (e.g., SSAM is a plus).
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Participate in SAP PM implementations/rollouts and support projects, including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
- Configure and support core PM processes such as Preventive & Corrective Maintenance, Work Orders, Notifications, Equipment, Measuring Points, and Maintenance Planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration with MM, FI/CO, SD, and PP/QM modules.
- Provide production support (L2/L3), resolve incidents, perform root cause analysis, and deliver enhancements aligned with SLAs and ITIL practices.
- Support data migration/upload activities and ensure data accuracy during implementations or rollouts.
- Work with ABAP teams for enhancements, reports, and interfaces (IDocs/APIs).
- Assist in testing cycles (Unit, SIT, UAT) and maintain quality deliverables.




- Prepare functional documentation, test scripts, and training materials; engage with business stakeholders for solutions and improvements.
- Demonstrate an innovative mindset to drive continuous improvement and optimization.
- Exhibit a versatile attitude to support cross-functional areas and evolving project needs.
- Apply strong business process understanding and mapping capabilities to translate requirements into effective SAP solutions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in SAP PM with knowledge of PP or QM.
- SAP PM certification is preferred.
