We are looking for a skilled Senior Calypso Business Analyst with 5 to 10 years of experience to join our team at Luxoft India LLP. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and experience working with Calypso systems.
Roles and Responsibility
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions using Calypso systems.
- Analyze complex business problems and identify areas for improvement.
- Design and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and maintain documentation of business processes and system configurations.
- Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.
Job Requirements
- Robust understanding of business analysis principles and methodologies.
- Experience working with Calypso systems and software development life cycles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
